ABERDEEN & DISTRICT MEMBERS' CENTRE

The Aberdeen and District Members' Centre has been in existence for more than 40 years. The Centre draws its support from Aberdeen city and the surrounding districts.

The Centre organises a varied programme of evening and afternoon lectures, social evenings and day excursions within and outwith the Region. In addition the Members' Centre gives financial and practical support to Drum Castle and Castle Fraser. All afternoon talks are held in Aberdeenshire Cricket Club, Morningside Road, Aberdeen, AB10 7FB.

Afternoon Talks

Wednesday 19 February 2025, 2pm
Afternoon talk, "The Scottish Suffragettes" by Professor Sarah Pederson.
Thursday 20 March 2025, 2pm
Aberdeen & District Members' Centre's AGM will be followed by a talk, "An update of ongoing changes at Castle Fraser".

Summer Outing

Saturday 28 June 2025, Summer outing
A car outing to the Maggie Law Maritime Museum, Gourdon, and the Montrose Air Station Heritage Centre (Advance booking required)

Events are organised for Aberdeen and District Members' Centre members only. Other members of the National Trust for Scotland are very welcome to attend the lecture meetings as an introduction to the Centre. There is a charge for guests attending lecture meetings.
