EDINBURGH MEMBERS' CENTRE
( Charity Number SC 025732 )
The Edinburgh Members' Centre draws its membership mainly from the greater Edinburgh
area. The Centre offers a full and varied programme of events
in both winter and summer. The activities include :-
- Winter and spring meetings which are held in Augustine United Church, which is located at 41-43 George IV Bridge in Edinburgh, on Thursdays at 2:30 pm or 7:30pm unless otherwise notified. These usually involve an illustrated talk on a wide range of topics related to National Trust for Scotland interests. Non-members are welcome to the lectures for a donation of £2 per person.
- Between April and September the Centre organises half- and full-day, evening and overnight visits to a diverse range of both NTS and non-NTS properties and places of interest.
- We also offer visits to the theatre, to concerts and to NTS Christmas events.
- A programme of Saturday walks is offered between April and September.
- Although booking on visits and walks is open only to Centre members, we welcome non-members who accompany a member.
- Other occasional events such as outings to the theatre or
social evenings.
